Beeminder App Reviews

Signing out and then signing back in seems to have fixed the problem of not being able to see my goals - updating itself didnt do it. I appreciate the developer emailing me to help with the issue. Im a new Beeminder user (about a month) but have become a bit addicted to it and have found it immediately helpful at encouraging me to get to work earlier, read more, waste less time online, and practice music daily. So the service itself gets five stars. This app is useful as an adjunct to the website that lets you monitor your goal status and add data. The app cant replace the website and isnt as fun to use as the website. People who first look into Beeminder by downloading the app will be sorely disappointed, as you cant add any goals through the app. Further, the GUI feels unpolished and outdated and could benefit from an overhaul. But its useful for Beeminder users, and Im glad to see that its working.

I received an email from the developer suggesting I uninstall and reinstall the app, and it seemed to fix the issue where goals didnt display, so Im updating my review! If you have this issue, reinstalling the app will probably fix it. Theres still an issue with Google sign in (it doesnt work at all for me), but otherwise this update is pretty solid. --- Original review: Even with the 4.1 update that is supposed to resolve the missing goals, I still cant see any of my goals. Beeminder is an amazing service, but its frustrating that I have to pull out my laptop just to update my progress since the version 4.0 of the app was released.

Wont log in to any accounts, always says "invalid credentials" even with the right info.. Zero stars if possible

Am trying to log on for the first time with both my google and Facebook account, keeps popping up invalid log in.

Cant login using Facebook due to app freezing. Customer support was quick to provide guidance on how to get around the known issue. The next app release should fix this problem. App appears to be simple to use so Im hopeful I will enjoy setting some goals.

Logging in via Google credentials is not working. Seem pretty useless and now they have my google profile info.

Cant sign in at all. Facebook, google... None of it worked.

Seems its been that way for a while, based on other reviews. App is useless without ability to log in.

I dont know if this app is good because I could never log in. Twitter login gave "invalid credentials" immediately despite having valid credentials stored. The Google login never did anything except log me in to Google.

I heard about this app from a Youtuber called Thomas Frankly and I cannot sign up either because Twitter Facebook and Google failed so I am bummed... Maybe I can try setting up an account at the beeminder website. I also experienced some app crashes.

Cant say anything about the app itself. My account with beeminder is via Google, so I cant use it at all.
